We can use your contact information to respond to inquiries, request feedback on completed courses, and inform current/former students about relevant offers.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Contract: To deliver the service you have requested (e.g. driving instruction/registration)
Consent: For disclosure to third parties and for marketing/statistics cookies. Consent can be withdrawn at any time (see sections 11 and 10)
Legitimate Interest: Continuous improvement of user-friendliness and secure operation of the website

5. Purpose of Data Processing

To manage registrations and respond to inquiries
To collect feedback and inform about relevant offers
To measure traffic and improve the user experience on the website
To measure and improve the effectiveness of advertising

6. Sharing of data and data processors

We do not share your personal data with third parties without your consent. Only a limited number of trusted employees have access to the information, which is stored in controlled environments with ongoing security monitoring.

7. Transfer to third countries

In some cases, data may be transferred to data processors outside the EU/EEA. Such transfers only take place when agreements based on the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses (SCC) have been concluded, ensuring an appropriate level of protection.

8. Storage and deletion of data

Information you register with us (name, address, phone number, and email) is stored for up to 1 year from the registration. Afterwards, the personal data is deleted.

We protect your data with technical and organizational measures, limited access, and ongoing monitoring. Our website uses SSL encryption, so information between your browser and our server is transmitted securely.

We use both necessary cookies and – with your consent – statistics and marketing cookies:

Necessary (session cookie): Ensures basic functions and is deleted when you leave the site.
Statistics – Google Analytics: Used to measure traffic and site usage (e.g., page views, sessions, approximate location, device/browser). Helps us improve content and navigation.
Marketing – Google Ads: Used for conversion tracking and remarketing. Enables us to see if ads lead to inquiries/sign-ups and to show more relevant ads.
Marketing – Meta (Facebook/Instagram): Meta Pixel records events (e.g., page views and conversions) for statistics and targeting/optimization of ads on Meta platforms.

Data typically processed via these services: cookie ID/technical IDs, device and browser information, visited pages and events, referrer/campaign data (e.g., UTM variables), and approximate geography.

Consent and opt-out: You can accept/reject statistics and marketing cookies in our cookie banner. You can always change your choice via the banner (when it appears again) or by clicking this icon in the lower left corner . You can also manage ad settings with the providers (e.g., Google Ads and Meta) and opt out of interest-based advertising.

Storage period: Statistics and marketing cookies are typically stored for up to 24 months, depending on the provider and cookie type. Necessary session cookies are deleted when the session ends.
