Valid ID
Bring passport or previously issued driving license. Alternatively, original baptismal, name, or birth certificate along with health card or other photo identification and possibly personal number certificate.
Driving License Application (P23)
Signed by both the driving instructor and yourself and stamped by Borgerservice. Must be brought physically to the test.
Lesson Plan
Documentation of completed lessons. Must be shown digitally or in print.
Valid ID
As for the theory test: passport or driving license. Alternative identification with photo and personal number is accepted under the same rules.
Application for Driving License (P23)
Must be signed by both the driving instructor and yourself, and stamped by Citizen Service. Documents that you are ready for the test.
Previous Driving License
If you already have a driving license (e.g., for re-acquisition), it must be brought along.

Only necessary if the test is held digitally (primarily applies to theory tests, but may be relevant in certain cases).
